These enzymes play an essential role in breaking down carbohydrates, fats, proteins and lactose from the foods we eat. The inclusion of lactase enzymes supports the digestion of lactose in individuals who may have difficulty digesting dairy products. Each tablet provides a specific combination of enzymes, including 100mg Betaine HCl, 20mg Amylase, 5mg Cellulase, 40mg Lactase, 20mg Lipase and 40mg Protease. This supplement is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and contains no artificial colours or flavours. It is also free from genetically modified ingredients, dairy, lactose, nuts, salt, starch, sugar and yeast.

DIRECTIONS
