At Daily Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used daily-use / consumable products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Gift cards


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

⏱ Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or card provider

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at help.dailysupplies@gmail.com


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process.
