The use of Milk Thistle for these purposes is based solely on traditional use. Each tablet provides a standardised dry extract from Milk Thistle fruits (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertner), equivalent to 2750–6600mg of Milk Thistle fruit, ensuring a consistent and reliable source of the active plant compounds. Milk Thistle, also known as holy thistle, lady’s thistle, and St. Mary’s thistle, has a long history of traditional use dating back over 2000 years to the Ancient Greeks and Romans. This product is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans and contains no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. It is also free from common allergens including dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, soya, starch, and sugar.

DIRECTIONS
