Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, biotin helps maintain healthy hair and skin, and selenium supports normal hair and nails. Chromium helps maintain normal blood glucose levels. This vanilla-flavoured shake can be mixed with water, milk, or plant milk for a milkshake-style drink. Each 225g jar contains approximately 15 servings. Simply add 15g (around 2 tablespoons) to 150–200ml of liquid for a creamy, collagen-rich shake.
