Each 5ml serving of Natures Aid Cod Liver Oil Liquid provides 4585mg of Cod Liver Oil and Fish Oil, offering a natural source of DHA, EPA, Vitamin D, and Vitamin A. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, vision, and heart health, while EPA supports the normal function of the heart. Vitamin D helps maintain normal bones, teeth, muscle function, and immune health, as well as supporting normal calcium levels in the blood. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, vision, mucus membranes, and immune system function. Each 5ml (1 teaspoon) typically provides Omega-3 fatty acids – 1190mg, of which EPA is 367mg and DHA is 413mg, along with Vitamin A 600μg (75% NRV) and Vitamin D 5μg (100% NRV). This product contains no artificial colours or flavours and is free from GM ingredients, gluten, wheat, yeast, dairy, lactose, nuts, soya, salt, sugar, and starch.
