Everbuild 101 Multi-Purpose Linseed Oil Putty Natural 1KG is a high-quality, traditional glazing compound specially formulated for sealing single glass panes into wooden and metal window frames. Made with refined linseed oil and enhanced with a plasticiser for improved workability, this natural-coloured putty offers excellent adhesion and flexibility, helping to prevent cracking over time. Ideal for both interior and exterior use, it provides a durable seal that can be overpainted once a surface skin has formed (typically within 7 to 28 days). Easy to apply by hand, it is best suited for use with timber frames and is not recommended for use with double glazing, plastic frames, or microporous stained wood. With a coverage of approximately 3 to 5 metres per kilogram depending on the rebate size, Everbuild 101 is a reliable and professional choice for traditional glazing and repair work.

DIRECTIONS

To use Everbuild 101 Linseed Oil Putty, ensure the frame rebate is clean and dry. Soften the putty by kneading, then press it firmly into the rebate around the glass. Smooth with a putty knife for a neat finish. Allow it to dry and skin over in 7–28 days before painting. Store unused putty airtight. Not suitable for plastic frames, double glazing, microporous stains, or heat-absorbing glass.
